Welcome to PAREVDI DESIGNER LLP. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  • Parevdi reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Information

  • We make every effort to display product details, images, and colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or photography.

  • All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after 24 hours by the customer.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Parevdi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (see Cancellation Policy below).

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping within India is free of cost for prepaid orders.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • India: 7–8 business days after dispatch.

    • Outside India: Delivery time depends on location.

  • Parevdi is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or natural calamities.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or has a size issue.

  • An unboxing video must be provided for defective claims.

  • Sale/discounted items cannot be returned.

  • Customers must raise a return request within 5 days of delivery at parevdionlinestore@gmail.com.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags intact.

  • Stitched pieces cannot be returned or canceled under any condition.

  • For exchanges, items must be of equal or higher value. A maximum of Rs.500/- will be returned in exchange value.

  • Size exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a coupon code will be issued (valid for 30 days).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • By Parevdi Designer LLP: We may cancel or refuse orders at our sole discretion due to limited stock, incorrect pricing/product details, suspected fraud, or other issues. Additional information may be requested before confirming an order. Customers will be notified if their order is fully or partially canceled.

  • By Customer: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement.

7. Coupon Code Policy

  • Coupon codes are issued via the registered email address.

  • Valid only for Parevdi’s online store.

  • Each coupon code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • If the purchase is less than the coupon value, no refund or balance will be issued.

  • Coupon codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Expired codes will not be reissued.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • PAREVDI DESIGNER LLP is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

  • In case of disputes, Parevdi’s liability will not exceed the value of the purchased product.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data (such as name, contact details, and address) will only be used for order processing and communication.

  • Parevdi does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except for courier and payment partners.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat.
