Refund Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Parevadi strives to provide customer service in such a way that customers do not have to return their favorite purchases. But, if the customer wants to return the clothes, these guidelines have to be followed....
* We only accept returns or exchange, if the clothing is defective or have a size problem, If your item is defective, please provide an unboxing video with the return note.
* Parevadi will not be able to help you if, you do not upload the unboxing video.
* Discount items and sale items will not be returned.
* The customer has to send a return note to parevdionlinestore@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
* Call us between 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and our team will assist you in placing a return.
* The customer should Return a courier within 5 days of delivery, otherwise, we will not accept the return Request.

Condition for Returned Items
* Items must be in their original condition, with tags and barcodes intact.
* Items should not be used, washed, or altered.
* If the item is used, washed, or altered, the item will be returned to you.
* Stitched pcs can't return or cancel in any condition.

If you want to exchange an item, you must exchange it in a price of the same price or higher.
A maximum of Rs.500/- will be returned in the exchange.

Product bought online cannot be exchanged in stores.
We only allow size exchanges if PAREVDI have the available stock in your required size.
If the size you want in exchange is out of stock, you will be issued a coupon code which will be valid for 1 month. (The coupon code issued can be used to make a purchase from our complete online collection for the same value or higher).

COUPON CODE
* The coupon code is sent to the email address the customer had registered with.
* Coupon code valid for the online store.
* The coupon code is valid for one-time use only, So please shop for more than the return, cash will not be given if you make a purchase of less than the returned purchase.
* The coupon code is valid for 30 days. If the coupon code expires the amount will not be refunded and the coupon code will not be issued again so please use it till it's valid.


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by PAREVDI DESIGNER LLP
There may be certain orders that PAREVDI cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Possible reasons include (but are not limited to):

  • Limitations on the quantity available for purchase

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Issues identified by our fraud prevention department

  • Any other reason that PAREVDI, in its discretion, considers valid

In such cases, we may request additional information from you before accepting your order. You will be notified if your order has been cancelled (fully or partially) or if further information is required.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the product tag has been printed or the order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be possible.
